Employee Learning Path

A public orientation to the Deciding.org thesis and execution model, followed by the internal six-module Company Academy.

The employee path begins with the same public foundation available to customers, consultants, and partners. It then moves into an internal curriculum about how Deciding.org works as a company.

Public orientation

Complete these courses in order:

  1. 1.1 — The Anatomy of Poor Decisions
  2. 1.2 — Decision Debt: The Hidden Tax
  3. 2.1 — Where Execution Actually Fails

Together, they establish the central thesis: important failures often begin before commitment, and downstream teams inherit either clarity or ambiguity.

Internal continuation

The Company Academy adds six employee modules:

  1. Why Deciding.org exists
  2. Who we serve
  3. What we are building
  4. How the business works
  5. Trust, custody, and deployment
  6. How Deciding.org operates

The internal curriculum links back to maintained company and operating sources instead of becoming a parallel business plan.

Internal access

The Company Academy is available to approved employees on the private documentation host.
