Company Academy

The internal Deciding.org curriculum for understanding the company, customers, product, business model, trust posture, and operating system.

The Company Academy is the guided internal layer over Deciding.org's canonical business plan and operating system.

It does not replace those sources. Each module provides a concise orientation, explains what is true today, and points employees to the maintained material behind it.

Six-module common core

  1. Why Deciding.org exists — the company thesis, Decision Debt, and consequential commitment.
  2. Who we serve — the initial private-equity focus, adjacent customer profiles, and buyer priorities.
  3. What we are building — platform, methodology, ecosystem, and the boundaries of the product.
  4. How the business works — offerings, commercial model, go-to-market motion, and partner ecosystem.
  5. Trust, custody, and deployment — ephemeral deliberation, governed artifacts, evaluation-grade SaaS, and customer-operated production posture.
  6. How Deciding.org operates — missions, source-of-truth discipline, review gates, and the operating cadence.

Curriculum status

Mission 131 owns the lesson content, source map, Gamma orientation derivatives, and onboarding pilot. This route is the gated delivery shell created by Mission 132.

Until the six lesson pages complete founder review, employees should use the maintained onboarding and business-plan sources linked from the Mission 131 curriculum hub.
