The final stage of the decision lifecycle — where analysis hardens into commitment.

This walkthrough demonstrates:

What to watch for

The system won't let you commit until the decision is ready. That's not friction — that's the whole point. Once committed, artifacts are sealed and cannot be edited retrospectively. Deliberation is gone. Only the decision record remains.
