Workspace Administration Overview
Manage users, roles, and deployment readiness for your Deciding.org workspace.
Deciding.org provides a trust-aligned control plane for administrators to govern user access and ensure deployment readiness without ambient surveillance.
Core Administrative Responsibilities
1. Access Control (RBAC)
Manage who can access the workspace and define their permissions. We support standard Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure that decision work is scoped correctly.
2. Organizational Structure
Define teams and organizational boundaries to mirror your company's actual structure. This ensures that decision artifacts are shared with the right stakeholders.
3. Deployment Governance
Configure your workspace's deployment posture, including data retention policies and security settings.
4. Rollout & Readiness
Monitor the health of your Deciding.org rollout. Identify onboarding gaps or adoption friction early to ensure your teams are getting the most value from the platform.
A Different Approach to Admin
Unlike traditional enterprise software, Deciding.org administration does not include:
- Background employee surveillance.
- Ambient scanning of private decision deliberations.
- Behavioral scoring or performance analytics.
Our admin layer is focused on operational readiness and governance, not monitoring.
